What is ShareWare?

keep on using the ShareWare you are requested to register with
the owner of the ShareWare. Use of the ShareWare, after the

It is NOT allowed to put this CDROM disk on a BBS.

Some of the games on this CDROM disk cannot be played directly
from the CDROM drive - please beware of this by checking the 
accompanying text in the installation program.

In case any VBRUNxxx.DLL is needed, we have placed VBRUN100.DLL,
VBRUN200.DLL AND VBRUN300.DLL in the directory "VBRUN".

Limitation of Warranty:

The software on this CDROM disk is not guaranteed, unless
otherwise stipulated below. Your use is at your own risk. We
are not liable for any damages of any kind due to an error in
the programs or on the disk. Nor are we liable for loss of
profit, savings etc. and for any error, damage or problem which
the ShareWare on the disk may cause to your hardware and other
software. Furthermore, we are not liable for any error, problem
or damage due to wrong use.

Although we have thoroughly tested the programs on the CDROM
disk as ShareWare, we cannot be held responsible for items
being represented wrongly, as not being ShareWare.

If you find an error on this disk within 45 days from purchase,
please send the disk with a 5 US$ checque for covering shipping
and handling and with your purchase receipt to :
